Dynamics 365 Sales is Microsoft's CRM. For companies that already run on Microsoft 365, it keeps sales work, Copilot and agents in the same environment as Outlook1.
Best for: Companies standardised on Microsoft 365 that want the CRM and its agents inside Outlook and the Microsoft stack.
Not the right fit for: Small teams that want monthly billing or a quick, self-configured switch from HubSpot.
What Dynamics 365 Sales does
Copilot drafts emails and summarises calls with an analysis of sales KPIs and suggested tasks. The Sales Qualification Agent prioritises and engages leads, and the Sales Close Agent, in preview, analyses deals. Some autonomous features, such as data enrichment, require Sales Premium1.
The Professional edition is $65 a user a month, Enterprise $105 and Premium $150, all paid yearly. Enterprise includes Copilot and agentic capabilities; Premium adds 1,000 Copilot Credits per user a month, Sales Insights and AI data enrichment. Agent use beyond that is billed in Copilot Credits through an Azure subscription2.
Published evidence
- Sandvik Coromant. Microsoft reports 99 leads qualified and 123 hours saved with the Sales Qualification Agent. Vendor-reported.1

Questions to ask Microsoft or a partner
- Which edition do we need for the Sales Qualification Agent, and what will agent use cost in Copilot Credits?
- Who will implement the system and move our HubSpot data, and at what price?
- Is a monthly commitment available for a team of our size?
